From day one Aqeel was so friendly and helpful. Very good service and would highly recommend them to anyone. Always happy to hand over the keys for me to look at the car. I always felt he was being upfront with everything. Even offered to deliver the car to me at home. Always kept me informed with everything that was happening with the purchase.

Extremely helpful and patient

I found buying my car from Auto Villa a very positive experience. No hard sell, in fact quite the opposite. I was given an unlimited amount of time to look round the car with my husband. Aqeel remained available for any questions, at all times, but did not hassle us at all. Likewise we were told to take as long as we wanted on our unaccompanied test drive, which was really helpful, as there is nothing worse than feeling rushed into making a decision.Aqeel was incredibly patient whilst I made my big decision.Great after sales service too. Purchased my car from Auto Villa. Excellent service from start to finish. The staff at Auto Villa were professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. This made the experience easy and enjoyable. After-sales is what made me think wow very impressive! From past experience, they went above and beyond compared to a main dealer. Considering my car is 12 years old, I’m very happy with it and cannot fault them. Would highly recommend it!

Perfect

Well, this is the second car that I have purchased from Auto Villa and am not disappointed. The same level of care and helpfulness as when I bought my first car from them. Again I wanted to stay local as I can call in anytime. Being a lady of a certain age and alone buying a car is daunting but the staff made me feel very welcome and the after service is very good too.

A great place to buy a car.

As an elderly lady of a certain age buying a car was daunting. The Manager was not at all pushy. Left me to look around the car with no pressure. It was a pleasure to deal with him. I went there because I read the reviews and felt it was a good place to go and I was not wrong. A very pleasant experience all around. They even delivered the car to me on the day I requested and the time that suited me. I could not fault their professional approach and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you both very much.

I bought the car from Auto Villa a is September 2022, two days later a warning light came up and I called back, and they scheduled the car in their garage and fixed the car on the same day, they were very efficient and fast in solving the customer's problem. Quick and easy buying of a motor car they sorted out picking my old car from my house and drop the new second hand car at my house.

Great service I deffo recommend them great little dealership, with a very friendly staff, and not pushy which I loved the most. The vehicle was as described. I love it.
